15 여호와께서 내게 이르시되 너는 또 어리석은 목자의 기구들을 빼앗을지니라
Then the LORD said to me, "Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd.

16 보라 내가 한 목자를 이 땅에 일으키리니 그가 없어진 자를 마음에 두지 아니하며 흩어진 자를 찾지 아니하며 상한 자를 고치지 아니하며 강건한 자를 먹이지 아니하고 오히려 살진 자의 고기를 먹으며 또 그 굽을 찢으리라
For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hoofs.

17 화 있을진저 양 떼를 버린 못된 목자여 칼이 그의 팔과 오른쪽 눈에 내리리니 그의 팔이 아주 마르고 그의 오른쪽 눈이 아주 멀어 버릴 것이라 하시니라
"Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered, his right eye totally blinded!"

1 이스라엘에 관한 여호와의 경고의 말씀이라 여호와 곧 하늘을 펴시며 땅의 터를 세우시며 사람 안에 심령을 지으신 이가 이르시되
This is the word of the LORD concerning Israel. The LORD, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the spirit of man within him, declares:

2 보라 내가 예루살렘으로 그 사면 모든 민족에게 취하게 하는 잔이 되게 할 것이라 예루살렘이 에워싸일 때에 유다에까지 이르리라
"I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem.

3 그 날에는 내가 예루살렘을 모든 민족에게 무거운 돌이 되게 하리니 그것을 드는 모든 자는 크게 상할 것이라 천하 만국이 그것을 치려고 모이리라
On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.

4 여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 내가 모든 말을 쳐서 놀라게 하며 그 탄 자를 쳐서 미치게 하되 유다 족속은 내가 돌보고 모든 민족의 말을 쳐서 눈이 멀게 하리니
On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness," declares the LORD. "I will keep a watchful eye over the house of Judah, but I will blind all the horses of the nations.

5 유다의 우두머리들이 마음속에 이르기를 예루살렘 주민이 그들의 하나님 만군의 여호와로 말미암아 힘을 얻었다 할지라
Then the leaders of Judah will say in their hearts, "The people of Jerusalem are strong, because the LORD Almighty is their God."

6 그 날에 내가 유다 지도자들을 나무 가운데에 화로 같게 하며 곡식단 사이에 횃불 같게 하리니 그들이 그 좌우에 에워싼 모든 민족들을 불사를 것이요 예루살렘 사람들은 다시 그 본 곳 예루살렘에 살게 되리라
"On that day I will make the leaders of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume right and left all the surrounding peoples, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place.

7 여호와가 먼저 유다 장막을 구원하리니 이는 다윗의 집의 영광과 예루살렘 주민의 영광이 유다보다 더하지 못하게 하려 함이니라
"The LORD will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem"s inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah.

8 그 날에 여호와가 예루살렘 주민을 보호하리니 그 중에 약한 자가 그 날에는 다윗 같겠고 다윗의 족속은 하나님 같고 무리 앞에 있는 여호와의 사자 같을 것이라
On that day the LORD will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the Angel of the LORD going before them.

9 예루살렘을 치러 오는 이방 나라들을 그 날에 내가 멸하기를 힘쓰리라
On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem.

이스라엘이 참 목자를 버리면, 누구의 다스림을 받게 됩니까?(16절)

그 못된 목자는 결국 어떻게 됩니까?(17절)

■ 연구와 묵상
이방 민족들에게 공격당하는 예루살렘을 하나님은 어떻게 구원하십니까? (2~4, 6~7절)

■ 느낀 점
원수로부터 우겨 싸임을 당한 자기 백성들을 구원하기 위해 치밀하게 계획하시고, 그 일을 힘써 이루시는 하나님(9절)을 볼 때 어떤 생각이 듭니까?

■ 결단과 적용
성령의 다스림을 받지 않으면 사탄의 다스림을 받게 됩니다. 좋은 목자가 아니면 나쁜 목자입니다. 나는 어느 쪽입니까? 나의 하나님 만군의 여호와로 말미암아 힘을 얻어야 할 부분이 있다면 무엇입니까?
