17 È«¼ö°¡ ¶¥¿¡ »ç½Ê ÀÏ µ¿¾È °è¼ÓµÈÁö¶ó ¹°ÀÌ ¸¹¾ÆÁ® ¹æÁÖ°¡ ¶¥¿¡¼ ¶°¿Ã¶ú°í For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth.
18 ¹°ÀÌ ´õ ¸¹¾ÆÁ® ¶¥¿¡ ³ÑÄ¡¸Å ¹æÁÖ°¡ ¹° À§¿¡ ¶° ´Ù³æÀ¸¸ç The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water.

22 À°Áö¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ±× ÄÚ¿¡ »ý¸íÀÇ ±â¿îÀÇ ¼ûÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀº ´Ù Á×¾ú´õ¶ó Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died.
23 Áö¸éÀÇ ¸ðµç »ý¹°À» ¾µ¾î¹ö¸®½Ã´Ï °ð »ç¶÷°ú °¡Ãà°ú ±â´Â °Í°ú °øÁßÀÇ »õ±îÁö¶ó À̵éÀº ¶¥¿¡¼ ¾µ¾î¹ö¸²À» ´çÇÏ¿´À¸µÇ ¿ÀÁ÷ ³ë¾Æ¿Í ±×¿Í ÇÔ²² ¹æÁÖ¿¡ ÀÖ´ø Àڵ鸸 ³²¾Ò´õ¶ó Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; men and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth.
