4 ±×°¡ ¶Ç ¼Ò³âµéÀ» ±×µéÀÇ °í°üÀ¸·Î »ïÀ¸½Ã¸ç ¾ÆÀ̵éÀÌ ±×µéÀ» ´Ù½º¸®°Ô ÇϽø®´Ï I will make boys their officials; mere children will govern them.
5 ¹é¼ºÀÌ ¼·Î ÇдëÇÏ¸ç °¢±â ÀÌ¿ôÀ» ÀÜÇØÇÏ¸ç ¾ÆÀ̰¡ ³ëÀο¡°Ô, ºñõÇÑ ÀÚ°¡ Á¸±ÍÇÑ ÀÚ¿¡°Ô ±³¸¸ÇÒ °ÍÀ̸ç People will oppress each other-man against man, neighbor against neighbor. The young will rise up against the old, the base against the honorable.
6 Ȥ½Ã »ç¶÷ÀÌ Àڱ⠾ƹöÁö Áý¿¡¼ ÀÚ±âÀÇ ÇüÁ¦¸¦ ºÙÀâ°í ¸»Çϱ⸦ ³×°Ô´Â °Ñ¿ÊÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸´Ï ³Ê´Â ¿ì¸®ÀÇ ÅëÄ¡ÀÚ°¡ µÇ¾î ÀÌ ÆóÇ㸦 ³× ¼Õ¾Æ·¡¿¡ µÎ¶ó ÇÒ °ÍÀ̸é A man will seize one of his brothers at his father"s home, and say, "You have a cloak, you be our leader; take charge of this heap of ruins!"
9 ±×µéÀÇ ¾È»öÀÌ ºÒ¸®ÇÏ°Ô Áõ°ÅÇÏ¸ç ±×µéÀÇ Á˸¦ ¸»ÇØ ÁÖ°í ¼û±âÁö ¸øÇÔÀÌ ¼Òµ¼°ú °°À¸´Ï ±×µéÀÇ ¿µÈ¥¿¡ Ȱ¡ ÀÖÀ»ÁøÀú ±×µéÀÌ Àç¾ÓÀ» ÀÚÃëÇÏ¿´µµ´Ù The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves.
10 ³ÊÈñ´Â ÀÇÀο¡°Ô º¹ÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó ¸»Ç϶ó ±×µéÀº ±×µéÀÇ ÇàÀ§ÀÇ ¿¸Å¸¦ ¸ÔÀ» °ÍÀÓÀÌ¿ä Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.
11 ¾ÇÀο¡°Ô´Â Ȱ¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸®´Ï ÀÌ´Â ±×ÀÇ ¼ÕÀ¸·Î ÇàÇÑ ´ë·Î ±×°¡ º¸ÀÀÀ» ¹ÞÀ» °ÍÀÓÀ̴϶ó Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what their hands have done.
